Mix well and press into a greased pie plate.

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Brush the bottom and sides of a 9-inch round cake pan or pie plate with just enough of the melted butter to coat.

To check for doneness, gently shake the pie plate or baking dish.

Scatter the spinach mixture over the potatoes in the pie plate, then slowly pour in the egg mixture.

Bake until the sides have risen and the center of the eggs does not jiggle when the pie plate is gently shaken, 20 to 25 minutes.
