The classic Hollywood version of a heart attack — clutching your chest and keeling over — is fairly rare, especially for women.

Another clip shows a young athlete dramatically keeling over.

"There was no sudden pain, no clutching at the heart, no keeling over, nothing dramatic at all," Mr Finn said.

"I wanted to be able to run around after my son without keeling over, but even with this extra motivation, I struggled massively," the father-of-two said.
