Forget Leo Durocher, it’s time to give kudos to nice guy Dave Roberts for leading the Dodgers to another great regular season, particularly with a pitching staff that has been hampered by multiple injuries.

“I give kudos to Pittsburgh, because they’ve done it. Mike Tomlin has done a tremendous job. Pittsburgh, where the Rooney Rule started, wasn’t afraid. Now you’re talking about New York, another one of these flagship organizations, and they have not done it — ever.”
