Torres was in court Wednesday for an arraignment but did not enter a plea, according the D.A.’s office.

Five other men from London charged in relation to the fire either denied the charge or were not asked to enter a plea at this stage.

According to court records, Baldwin has yet to enter a plea.

The three men have not yet been asked to enter a plea in court, which will happen when the trial begins at a later date.

The defendant did not enter a plea for the charge of the attempted kidnap of a 22-year-old woman on 18 September 1999 because it is now “subject to dismissal”.
