Federal authorities arrested the purported dead man in Riverside on Tuesday, charging Gutierrez-Ochoa with international drug trafficking and money laundering offenses.

The dead man, Naji Fahes, was 50 years old and had two children.

Although Pounds framed the release as an homage, some followers on social media were not taking it as such, accusing the singer of “trying to profit off a dead man.”
