Rachel Yang, chef and co-owner of the critically acclaimed Seattle restaurants Revel and Joule, reveals her sweet side with her passion project Paper Cake Shop in Wallingford.

While stationed in Croydon he met a young woman in a cake shop called Win - and after D-Day he decided to fly home without permission to see the woman who eventually became his wife of 70 years.

She then pursued baking and was mentored at a cake shop by a French-trained pastry chef.
