J&J denies suppressing any information and denies any links between its baby powder, asbestos and cancer.

He provided critical testimony in a class-action lawsuit against Johnson & Johnson, claiming that it had failed to reveal the health risks involved presented by Johnson’s baby powder and other products containing talc.

Johnson & Johnson stopped US sales of its talc-based baby powder in 2020, citing "misinformation" that had sapped demand for the product, applied to prevent nappy rash and for other cosmetic uses, including dry shampoo.

It fell against their cheeks like soft baby powder and smelled just as sweet.

The company faces more than 50,000 suits accusing it of concealing baby powder’s cancer risk to protect its iconic product.
