The first of these processes is carried out through the medium of the aqueous material of the earth.

By that evaporative process a portion of the energy of motion or axial energy of the earth is directly communicated or passed into the aqueous material.

But, as will be demonstrated later, the whole energy transmitted from the aqueous material to the air masses is finally returned in its entirety as axial energy, and is thus once more made available in the evaporative transformation process.

In both cases the aqueous material works in a definite machine for energy transmission.

Since the aqueous material is always working precisely at its evaporation temperature, this gain in energy of position and consequent loss of latent energy will be accompanied by an equivalent condensation and conversion of the rising vapour into the liquid form.
