The sheer peacefulness of the park amidst the bustle of the city makes it an oasis.

Caesar preached a gospel of peacefulness, loyalty, generosity, nonaggression and care for the earth; unlike the humans, they intend to live in harmony.

"It wasn't until lockdown that I realised the peacefulness of running, and the simplicity of it. That really helped me get through lockdown and it was when I really started enjoying it. I just naturally progressed my training as that continued," Culling explains.

"I'm 35 now and there's a peacefulness I've felt as I've gotten older."

The natural area offers no flowering trees, but lots of peacefulness and views across the water to Mount Rainier.
