Ingo Arndt captured the red wood ants efficiently dismembering a blue ground beetle to carry into their nest.

He described himself as "full of ant" after just a few minutes lying beside the ants' nest as he watched their teamwork in action.

Other areas of the plant were also riddled with bugs, including what appeared to be “ants traveling down the wall” along with a beetle and a cockroach, inspectors said.

An ant infestation was pointed out by one resident, who had insects climbing up a door frame and said the ants were on their child’s body and clothes.
