The animal rights group is seeking an order to require Haddix and her alleged accomplices to prove that they have not violated previous court orders nor committed perjury in past proceedings.

On Nov. 5, 2022, Mario Medina and his accomplices broke into the neighbor’s home near Rosarito, a resort town about 20 miles south of Tijuana, federal prosecutors said.

Two of his accomplices were sentenced in 2016 for assisting an offender.

He'll only be served by accomplices who agree with him.

They say they are on the lookout for their accomplices.
