✅ Ambition suggests a goal you are actively working towards, whereas dream suggests a goal you would like to work towards but may not be able to at the moment.

✅ Entwine means to wrap or twist together (The roses were entwined around the statue).

✅ Weave and entwine both refer to interlacing things together.

✅ Weave suggests the making of a literal or metaphorical fabric, whereas entwine suggests two or more fibers wrapped together inextricably (Their fates were entwined from the day they met; The novel weaves a compelling story).

✅ A pinch is a very small amount of something, often what you could hold if you pinch your fingers together (This recipe calls for only a pinch of cinnamon).

✅ A soupçon is a slight trace of something, translated literally from French as "a suspicion" (Do I hear a soupçon of smugness in your voice?).

✅ Both of these words refer to very small, often barely perceptible amounts of something (I added a pinch of red to the paint color; There’s a soupçon of mint in this stew).

✅ Soupçon is a more unusual word than pinch and suggests an even smaller amount.
