✅ Interrogate means to question somebody, especially formally (I interrogated him about my missing cookies).
✅ Grill means to interrogate someone in a particularly persistent and intense way (I was grilled for ten minutes about my role in the grand cookie heist).
✅ Both of these words mean to question someone. Both usually suggest a formal interview, such as by the police, but both can also be used jokingly in everyday speech.

✅ Implement means to enact something that has been previously decided, especially making a change or adjustment (It will take time to implement the new guidelines).
✅ Both of these words refer to following a plan and making sure that that plan comes to fruition.
✅ Implement is a more formal term and generally refers to actions and changes, whereas carry out can refer to entire plans and ideas.
