Last month, Edward used his stimulus check to buy new work boots, a bicycle, gasoline for his lawn mower and a weed eater in hopes of broadening his business.

"She was running a weed eater and was shot in the back of the head according to local authorities. That’s all they have told us at the moment."

Police said Kammerer was using his weed eater to trim along a ditch when a 57-year-old neighbor complained that he was blowing those grass clippings into the street.

Deputies said Kammerer told them he attacked his neighbor with the weed eater after the man intentionally blew clippings onto him.
