In one poem, Fox writes, “I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh … but now / I have to say / goodbye,” while later begging, “I will pay any price / Tell me please / what is the ransom / for her soul?”

The "lads" first met at Prince Henry's School in Evesham in 1953 and when they left in 1960 they got together for a farewell pint, but did not want to say goodbye.

But the arguments and fighting and idiocies that have been going on for the last 40 years between these four disparate groups of people and their managers and whatever — it’s lovely to say goodbye to.

Say goodbye to disposable plastic utensils and picnic while also respecting Mother Nature.
