In schools filled with low-income students of color, up to half the staff are new to the profession, according to an analysis by Dahlia Bazzaz on The Seattle Times Education Lab.

They color up an otherwise drab city and energize the film’s introduction of its many characters.

Currently, a bit more than a quarter of the group’s staff are people of color, up from 18 percent in 2017.

Plus, the LED lights offer four themed display modes that rely on various lighting effects, including a racing mode that sends pulsing waves of color up and down to match the frenzied nature of driving.

Her private secretary, Martin Charteris, later recalled finding the new monarch at her desk, “sitting erect, no tears, color up a little, fully accepting her destiny.”
