She added: “It is quite emotional looking and seeing the amount and type of people from every walk of life and every hobby – and they have all come down for one cause.”

The cast is drawn from all walks of life: there are experienced actors, models-turned-actors, a fireman and an aerospace engineer.

“Everybody drifted off to other walks of life, but the main thing is that everyone is still alive and healthy,” Bizzle says.

Those behind National Adoption Week said they were encouraging people from all walks of life to consider welcoming a child, adding there was no such thing as a "normal" family.
