A massive fire ripped through an auto parts store off a major Hollywood thoroughfare Saturday afternoon, destroying the business and damaging two adjacent restaurants.

Either way, tens of thousands of vehicles are now double- and triple-parked on the many of the city’s thoroughfares.

The developer has promised an estimated 974 jobs, as well as infrastructure improvements and landscaping along a main thoroughfare, according to the project’s draft environmental impact report.

Cincinnati later celebrated by renaming 2nd Street, the thoroughfare outside the team’s stadium on the Ohio River, Pete Rose Way.
