Like many of the women who have told the BBC they were abused by Mohamed Al Fayed, Helen says she was spotted by him on one of his routine walks of the Harrods shop floor.

Gascoigne joined Harrods as a shop floor worker but was later promoted to her "dream " job of becoming a fashion buyer.

Fayed also corrupted the store’s HR department, which played a role in promoting young women from the shop floor to work in his executive suite - aware of his interest in them.
