Listel is a popular rosé in France, and it’s easy to see why: It’s cheap and delicious.

But negotiations with the vineyard’s landowner, wine company Domaines Listel in Sète, near Montpellier, have broken down over the renewal of the 30-year lease on the 27-hectare site.

In architecture, a “fillet” is a narrow flat band, sometimes called a “listel,” which is used to separate mouldings one from the other, or to terminate a suite of mouldings as at the top of a cornice.

The grain is molded with a thick angle torus followed by a listel and a large shallow cavetto.
