When they have something to celebrate, like Lucy’s ill-fated first episode wedding, it’s time for Jell-O cake, made with jiggly red, white and blue layers, topped with a plop of decadent whipped cream.

If you were to sneak a peek at the chicken stock at practically any restaurant, you'd see that it is jiggly and viscous, packed with gelatin — very unlike the loose, liquid-y "stock" in cartons lining your grocery store shelves.

The center of the eggs should be firmly set, not jiggly.

This isn't some wonky egg-adjacent product with the dregs of the vegetable scraps; these bites often taste fresh and bright, with a subtle cheesiness or pockets of kale or mushrooms, all ensconced in an easy-to-eat, slightly jiggly, protein-packed bite.

I simply drained it, turned the jiggly curd out onto a plate, sliced it and divided it among serving bowls.
