Coroner Crispin Oliver concluded it was "highly likely" Mr Morris, who suffered a cardiac arrest, would have survived had available specialist medical treatment been applied in a "timely manner".

A subsequent post-mortem examination on Mr Rollinson revealed he had significant heart disease and would have most likely been "at risk of a sudden cardiac arrest at any time".

It was also told the father-of-five experienced a cardiac arrest in the ambulance, which Mrs Morris directed to the hospital because the driver did not know the way.

Bradley died on 22 October after going into cardiac arrest.

"My mummy was in cardiac arrest, and every second counts," she said.
