A year ago Volodymyr and his men were firing all 40 barrels of their BM-21 Grad rocket launcher in one go.

And then there is case of the BM-21 Grad rockets, which fell short because of manufacturing limits.

“Much of the damage is likely being inflicted in Kherson by Russia’s use of multiple rocket launchers, principally BM-21 Grad systems,” British officials said.
