If you would like to make some just to have on hand, here is how to do it: Mix it up and spread it out on a baking sheet.

Using a cutter or a knife, cut into desired shapes and carefully transfer to baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch of space between each cookie.

Leave to cool on the baking sheet for about 15 minutes before transferring to a cookie container or your plate to enjoy.

I also like to make the dough, scoop it out onto the baking sheet and freeze it.

Drain noodles and transfer to a greased wire rack set in a rimmed baking sheet; set aside.
