With more water, he said, the tribe could farm more and restore plants and animals that belong in the valley’s wetlands.

He lives in a quiet residential neighborhood, where he has a small farm raising cows, pigs and vegetables.

Filler met with neighbors, and posted about the data center on his farm’s Facebook page.

"I grew up on a farm, so quite a long way from chocolate," he says.
